The Noank-Mystic Community Band will present the annual Summer Sounds concert series in Mystic River Park, Cottrell Street, Mystic, on Tuesday evenings at 7 PM. The concerts, which feature a different community music group each week, will run from June 10 to August 5, with a special finale date of Wednesday, August 6. All concerts are free and open to the public. Please bring lawn chairs/blankets, and picnics are welcome. There is no rain date. 

We are pleased to be able to include the 102nd Army Band of the Connecticut National Guard in our schedule this season. Charter Oak Federal Credit Union is a major sponsor of the series, along with support from local civic organizations and businesses. The Noank-Mystic Community Band has also received funding from a grant, with the support of the Department of Economic and Community Development, Office of the Arts, which also receives support from the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.
