Eat in the Street is a monthly event to take place on the first Thursday of every month starting on May and running through September. The City of New London will be holding planned theme nights on Bank Street for its Eat in the Street event.
Bank Street will be closed to traffic from 4pm – 10pm each night of the event. Restaurants will be encouraged to have tables in the street available to seat patrons. The street will be decorated according to that month’s theme. There will also be vendors on the street and roaming entertainment to liven up the event. Business/restaurants will have drink and food specials to coincide with the themes.
