Pocket Vinyl is a melodic mesh between a piano and a painting.
(Let's keep this simple, shall we?) Pocket Vinyl, officially formed in 2010 and currently residing in Norwich, CT, is fronted by Eric Stevenson, who plays the piano. He slams it. He has blisters on his fingers. Elizabeth Jancewicz is a visual artist. She paints vibrant colors and creepy little monsters. While Eric plays his original piano rock pieces, Elizabeth creates a piece of art on stage, which is then auctioned off to the highest bidder at the end of the show. No two shows are ever the same. Their 2011 sophomore album “Monsters Talking” was released in September and the band is currently touring nationally full time in support of it.
